Last Chance: TOTY® Awards Voting Closes January 10
January 2, 2025 | The 25th Toy of the Year® (TOTY®) Awards are just a few weeks away, and time is running out to vote to determine which finalists will take home a prestigious award. The winners will be announced at the TOTY Awards ceremony on Friday, February 28.
A doll hidden behind a magic mirror, a sound-sensing robot, and dozens of toys and games that innovate beloved play patterns are among the inventive finalists spanning 16 product categories. The category winners are determined by votes from Toy Association members, retailers, and media; the overall Toy of the Year is decided by a panel of industry experts; and People’s Choice is determined solely by consumer votes. All winners will be announced at the TOTY Awards ceremony on Friday, February 28.
- Each Toy Association member company receives one vote to be submitted by a registered key contact here.
- Retailers who have attended Toy Fair® can submit a vote here.
- Media who have expressed interest in the toy industry and/or attended Toy Fair can submit one vote per outlet here.
- Members of the public can cast their votes for the People’s Choice Award at ToyAwards.org.
The TOTY Awards will take place at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City as the official kickoff to Toy Fair® week. The TOTY Awards program and gala serve as an essential fundraiser for The Toy Foundation™. To reserve tickets or tables, interested parties may register online. Companies of all sizes are also invited to be a leader in the night’s philanthropy by serving as an event sponsor.
