Save the Date: Richard Gottlieb Celebration of Life (Oct. 25)

The evening will be filled with speakers sharing heartfelt memories, light bites, cocktails, and a special announcement of the Richard Gottlieb Toy Entrepreneurship Grant, all in remembrance of a cherished friend and toy industry leader.
Gottlieb was a fixture in the toy industry who launched Global Toy Experts, Global Toy News, and “The Playground Podcast” throughout his career. He passed away last October after a two-year battle with ALS.
The Richard Gottlieb Toy Entrepreneurship Grant was established in April through The Toy Foundation™ (TTF) and the University of Richmond to honor Gottlieb’s memory. The Grant will support students’ participation in TTF’s Talent Pipeline program that connects talented, diverse students with internships and first-hire roles with toy companies.
