The 121st edition of Toy Fair®, the largest and most influential toy trade show in the Western Hemisphere, will take place at the Javits Center in New York City from February 20 to 23, 2027. The period for returning Toy Fair® exhibitors to submit their renewal applications opened April 1; companies that wish to submit their renewal application for Toy Fair 2027 should note the following important information:
- First communication: Key contacts from all Toy Fair 2026 exhibitors received an email on Wednesday, March 11 with the subject line “IMPORTANT: Toy Fair® 2027 Booth Renewal Information.” This email outlined the renewal application process, including loyalty points, the booth selection process, and more.
Eligible companies that did not receive an email, or would like to change their company’s key contact, should immediately contact their account executive: Simon Yung (companies beginning with A–M), or Michael Lynch (N–Z).
- Application link: On April 1, all eligible companies received a unique application link via email with the subject line “Toy Fair 2027 Early Renewal Application Now Open.”
- Priority assignments: Companies that submit their exhibit space application by the May 13th deadline and with the required deposit will be included in the priority round of booth space assignments, beginning in June.
