The Toy Association™ & The Toy Foundation Release 2025 Impact Reports

The Toy Association™ and The Toy Foundation™ have released their 2025 Impact Reports, outlining a year of leadership, philanthropy, and progress on behalf of the global toy and play community.

“In 2025, The Toy Association actively led our industry through change and helped define what comes next,” said Greg Ahearn, president & chief executive officer of The Toy Association. “Across every experience, advocacy effort, and initiative, one priority guided us: to create meaningful opportunities in service of members. From our tireless pursuit to #KeepToysTariffFree, to reinventing and revitalizing Toy Fair®, and opening an all-new industry hub in Los Angeles, we focused on helping the toy community not only adapt, but lead.”

The Toy Association’s advocacy efforts expanded into a more unified and strategic force. Through its leadership of the global #KeepToysTariffFree campaign and increased engagement with policymakers at every level, the Association elevated the industry’s voice while helping members navigate a rapidly evolving landscape, while advancing legislation that reduced unnecessary burdens and supported global toy safety alignment. The Association also delivered transformative industry experiences, including Toy Fair’s return to its first-quarter timing and the opening of The Toy Building in Los Angeles, alongside expanded global engagement through People of Play™ events. In addition, The Toy Association continued to empower members through timely data, educational programming, and marketing exposure.

Meanwhile, The Toy Foundation™ delivered the power of play to more than 2.7 million children in need through its Toy Chest and Play Fund programs. Toy donations reached children living in under resourced communities and impacted by natural disasters, while more than $400,000 in Play Fund grants supported play therapy in 23 hospitals nationwide.

“When the toy industry comes together, we accomplish so much. This is especially true when it comes to philanthropy and delivering the power of play to children in need around the world,” said Pamela Mastrota, executive director of The Toy Foundation. “Every corporate partnership, every toy donation, and every event engagement makes a difference in creating a world where every child has the opportunity to play.”
