Save the Date: Join Us at the Toy of the Year® Awards on September 29
May 8, 2023 | The Toy Foundation™ (TTF) will host the 24th edition of the Toy of the Year® (TOTY®) Awards, the marquee celebration of the creativity and philanthropy of the toy community, on September 29, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. The perfect kick-off to the toy industry’s week at Toy Fair® (September 30 to October 3 at the Javits Center), the TOTY Awards will be a must-attend party full of fun, fanfare, and fundraising.
Unveiling award winners, honoring Toy Industry Hall of Fame inductees, and networking with key industry players will all be part of the night’s festivities, and all this fun is for a great cause. The TOTY Awards are a critical fundraiser for TTF to advance its mission to unite the toy industry and create a world where every child experiences comfort, joy, and the extraordinary benefits of play.
All event proceeds, including award nominations (open May 30), ticket sales (open in June), sponsorships (open in June), and onsite pledges, will support the Foundation’s program areas — and TTF is calling on the industry to get involved.
Receiving a TOTY award is an industry distinction and a strategy to drive consumer engagement and sales ahead of the busy holiday season. An award win signifies that product is the “best of the best” for consumers to give their loved ones, and a company’s philanthropic support can further its own corporate social responsibility efforts, which are more important than ever when consumers decide what brands to purchase.
This year’s TOTY Awards are being produced by cutting-edge event company BCL Entertainment (BCL). BCL produces authentic, creative, talent-facing events and is committed to making TOTY an evening to never forget.
