Share Your Love of Play with The Genius of Play’s Latest Giveaway
January 27, 2023 | It’s the season for spreading love and The Genius of Play is celebrating with a Valentine’s Day-themed giveaway from February 1 to 14 on Facebook and Instagram.
From a competitive family game night to a treasured playset and epic collectibles, the “Love to Play” giveaway encourages families to show off their favorite playthings. To enter, parents and grandparents are invited to post a photo of their kids or grandkids playing with their favorite toy or game with #GeniusOfPlay in the caption.
Two winners selected at random will each receive a prize pack valued at more than $250 filled with toys from Just Play, Moose Toys, Schleich, and VTech.
“Inspired by our mission to spread the benefits of play every day, this giveaway encourages everyone to share their favorite playful moments and the special toys that helped create them,” said Anna Yudina, senior director of marketing initiatives at The Toy Association.
The giveaway will kick off on Instagram and Facebook on February 1.
The Genius of Play is a national movement spearheaded by The Toy Association to raise awareness about play’s critical role in child development and encourage more play in children’s lives. The Genius of Play’s website offers expert advice from play and child experts ranging from child psychologists to play community activists, play ideas, and play-inspired resources for teachers.
