TOTY® Awards Voting Closes September 8

| The Toy of the
Year® (TOTY®) Awards are less than one month away, and now it’s time to vote to
determine which finalists will take home a prestigious award. Voting is open
through Friday, September 8.
An animated game
to create movie magic, an activity table to drop musical “beets,” and an 8-foot
inflatable obstacle course to spark endless outdoor fun are among the inventive
finalists spanning 17 product categories. The category winners are determined
by votes from consumers, Toy Association members, retailers, and media, and
will be announced at the TOTY Awards on September 29.
- Each
Toy Association member company receives one vote to be submitted by a
registered key contact here.
- Retailers
who have attended Toy Fair® can submit a vote here.
- Media who have expressed interest in the toy
industry and/or attended Toy Fair can submit a vote here.
- Members of the public can cast their votes at ToyAwards.org.
New this year,
the achievements of industry trailblazers will be celebrated across four
people-focused categories. The category winners are determined by individual Toy
Association member votes, which may be submitted here.
The winners for
the two new campaign-focused categories are determined by an independent panel
of marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR) professionals, assembled
in partnership with Advertising Week.
The kickoff to
Toy Fair®, join The Toy Foundation™ at the TOTY Awards on September 29 at
Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City to find out the winners, enjoy an
exclusive performance from Wyclef Jean, and fundraise to support children in
